Pocketify Privacy Policy

Pocketify is a personal budgeting app. It is built to keep your money data on your device. This policy explains what leaves your device, when, and why.
The short version
- Your budget, entries, notes and photos are stored on your device. We do not receive them and we have no server that holds them.
- Voice entries and receipt scanning are processed on your device. Recordings and receipt images are not sent to us or to any AI service.
- Backups go only to your own Google Drive, and only if you connect it.
- Usage analytics are off by default and only run if you turn them on.
- We do not sell your data and do not show ads.
Data we process

Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. The services named above (Google Play, Google Firebase, Google Drive, Superwall, PostHog, Google ML Kit) process limited data only to provide their part of the app, under their own privacy policies.
Security
Data sent to these services is encrypted in transit. Your budget stays in the app's private storage on your device.
Your choices
- Analytics: turn “Share usage analytics” on or off at any time in Profile.
- Google Drive: disconnect it in Profile, and delete Pocketify backup files from your Drive whenever you like.
- Account: delete your Pocketify login in Profile → Pocketify account → Delete account, or see how to delete your account.
- All local data: uninstalling Pocketify removes the data stored on your device.
- Subscription: cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
Children
Pocketify is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
